Performance planning is like preparing a rocket for launching. You have a mission but you must first ensure the components are in place.
In this phase you work with critical success factors (CSFs) and/or your superior’s performance plan to create your own plan The rocket cone is your objective section and comprises key result areas, key performance indicators, targets, tracking sources and timeframes. The booster section is the area that supports and boosts performance. This is your competency plan comprising the core values. It has a tracking section indicating how competencies will be demonstrated.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”179″ img_size=”full” el_id=”content_image”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]You and your superior jointly identify and agree upon all performance expectations on your performance plan.
