Hogan 360°,powered by Peter Berry Consultancy, is the only compatible competency based behavioural report that meshes with Hogan’s psychometric leadership data.
Utilizing the agreed leadership competency model each leader should undergo a structured interview to add to the psychometric and behavioural 360 data
Each individual receive assessment reports (x4) and also a Coaching Report summarizing personal strengths, values and drivers, challenges and a table containing individual scale scores from the Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS and MVPI). The Coaching Report also outlines a development model designed to guide individuals through the development process linked to all assessments including the PB 360.
This is an overall summary of how each candidate presented his or her strengths and hi-potential ranking.
