As a specialist in measuring and managing performance Chris has worked with over 100 organisations’ auditing, designing and facilitating performance management related projects in 20 countries.
He has authored four books on performance management and over a dozen articles. His latest book, out in 2017 is Performance Management, A Practical Guide.
Throughout the 80s, he was a full-time lecturer at the National University of Singapore.
Chris studied at the Universities of Leeds and Southampton where he specialised in English and Psychology. He received his first Master’s degree from the University of Wales. He also holds an MA in Human Resources from George Washington University. He has an Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Management Consultancy from Henley Management College in the UK. His Doctorate in Business Administration research focused on Performance Management.
Chris is a well-respected speaker at over 30 conferences (CIPD twice), as a facilitator, consultant and writer who is commended for his knowledge, the value he adds transferring technology and as a mentor and coach.
Although Chris is now UK based, he is available for international assignments.

He is a Professional Member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He is also a Practicing Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the International Association of Coaching (IAC).
Margaret is Managing Director of Core Measures Greater China office based in Shanghai. She is a Chinese HR professional with over 20 years experience in Human Resource Management, gained from senior positions with American and European companies.
Her expertise spans HR strategies, policies & procedures formulation and HR practices; including recruitment & selection, Performance management, compensation and benefits, organisational development, learning & development, crisis management and change management. In addition, she has a good knowledge of Chinese labour laws and regulations.
Margaret is appreciated for her strong leadership, aptitude and coordinating ability. Margaret received her Master’s degree from Tianjin Normal University, majoring in Political Science and Law. She was awarded a Bachelor of Arts from Changchun Normal University where she majored in English Language & Literature.
